Annual property management contract – includes key holding, bill paying, correspondence with building management company (“syndic”), schedule cleaning and repairs, organize airport transfers for you or your guests, administrative tasks. Annual fee: 2,000€, plus 65€ an hour for house-calls to the property, “syndic” meetings, greeting your guests, shopping,…
Complete guest greeting service – if you rent your apartment on a short-term basis, we are available to welcome your guests at the apartment, offer them a comprehensive tour of the property and show them how everything works, be “on-call” for emergencies, and return to see them the day of their departure to recuperate the keys and check on the outgoing condition. Fee: 175€
Simple guest welcome – your guests are warmly greeted at the apartment, given the keys, and shown the property. Fee: 75€
A la carte property services – we are available to take care of your apartment on an “as needed” basis; meet repairmen, wait for deliveries, deliver flowers and champagne to your arriving guests, handle any on-site emergencies, etc. We would bill on an hourly basis for time spent. 75€ an hour
