How do I request a service ?
We will be happy to take your request by telephone, fax or e-mail. Once you become a client you will have access to “clients only” telephone numbers and e-mail addresses.

Can I talk to a real person?
Absolutely. Our services are personal and we look forward to talking with you about your requests.

Can I offer services to someone else?
What a wonderful way to offer a friend, colleague or client “the gift of time”. Just tell us how much time you would like to offer and we will prepare gift certificate that we can send them or let you give it yourself.

Must I become a member?
Membership is absolutely not required. If you only need a little help from time to time you may prefer our hourly rate. Our monthly and annual plans will however offer you a reduced rate the more time you book. But the choice remains yours.

What if I just have a quick question?
If you are a member on any of the service plans, feel free to ask any questions. Not yet a member, ask anyway and we are confident that you will be so satisfied by the response that you will be encouraged to become a member.

Are your services available on holidays? Weekends?
We all know you cannot always plan ahead and that sometimes emergencies come up. Our members know that they can reach us just about anytime if they need to. If you are not a member then we can most likely take care of your request during weekly business hours.

What if I need something that isn’t listed?
Just ask. We are ready to move heaven and earth to get you what you need; assuming it is legal and ethical.

How do I pay for items purchased on my behalf?
You will be billed for items purchased at your request, with no surcharge. Payment will be expected upon receipt of the invoice. You may at any time pre-pay your purchases.
